1. Google Calendar   is a free time-management web application offered by Google. Never forget another event. Get event reminders via email or have text messages sent right to your mobile phone.You must be a registered Google user.

2. Yahoo Calendar allows you to edit and access events on your calendar from anywhere with a browser and Internet access. In order to use Yahoo! Calendar, you must be a registered Yahoo! user. You can elect to make your Yahoo! Calendar publicly viewable.

3. Windows Live Calendar  To add an event or appointment to your calendar, simply drag the mouse to define a block of time and then click +Add or double-click. Just like that, your event is scheduled! 

4. Remember the Milk: With this tool you can keep your tasks online or get an application you can keep on your desktop or phone to have your tasks anywhere.
